I've come to understand the method being used — this is helpful for those who may not posses the dexterity. But my favorite brow girl in the craftmanship of truly customizing an eyebrow is Zizi (on State St. & 16th St.)– Chicago's very own "brow" masster. I'll dare even the very best against this gal's work any day anywhere. She was selected by InStyle Magazine – Blk.Bk.Ed., please someone check her out!!!
