Wow, thats a really pretty look. I have pretty dry skin, and for some reason after I’ve applied moisturiser and concealor, my skin still looks flakey and uneven. I use a decent moisturiser and I also use MAC select coverup concealor. Is it because I need a primer or something?

I can never get the corner of my eyes to look like yours! They’re so beautiful =).
What I mean by that is, my eyes are usually very teary, especially around the outer corner of my eyes, which makes it hard for the make-up to stay on there. Any tips on how to fix this?

I love the smokey gray look! I think I might check out Jane’s “clubbing” shadow.

Primers will help but I think you need to work on taking care of your skin first. Make sure you use a gentle cleanser (try Cetaphil), exfoliate once a week to get rid of dead skin, moisturize (pick a product with high water content) and if possible, do hydrating masks once or twice a week. Drink more water and use a humidifier as well.

Irene, there’s not much you can do to stop your eyes from tearing but using a primer and waterproof products should help.

oops I forgot to put that on there – I used MAC’s Pollen eyeshadow on my brow bone.

As stated on my entry, I’m wearing Freshlook Colorblends in Green so they are not circle lenses.

Hi Phyllis,
What brushes did you use for your eyes? I have Asian eyes similar to yours (defined but small crease) and I don’t know what brush to use to accentuate my crease like you do! Thanks!

There’s so many BB creams out there, I’m not quite sure which one to choose. Do you have a favourite one?

Hi Phyllis, a little off topic, but just wondering if you still use Clean and Clear Daily Pore Cleanser? I know you have dry skin but the reviews I’ve read recommend it only for oily skin.
