Hey guys, I just found out that the comment moderation function is messed up. If you left a comment and it has not been published, it is not because I am trying to ignore you. Normally I would get an e-mail from Blogger when someone leaves a comment but for some reason, I did not get an e-mail for every message. From now on, I will be checking the comments moderation page myself to make sure all comments are published. Sorry once again about this!

  1. Phyllis! I was on http://www.soompi.com and got directed to your blog and it is really informative and well organized! I also graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (with a degree in Accountancy). You definitely have a talent for make-up application. Keep up with the good work!

  2. hi phyllis,
i was reading your review on the ponds bare and repair eye makeup remover.. and was wondering where you can purchase it. i checked walgreens and wal-mart but have not been ablet to find it. where did you buy yours? thanks!

  3. hi phyllis, i found your blog in Uwants forum. I’ve spent few weeks checking out this site and i’ve really learnt A LOT through it. just wanna say thank you u’ve made such a great effort. =] by the way, what’s the name of your background mushc? it’s really nice..^^”

  4. How funny! I love MAC and I am studying accounting right now! Anyways, I was wondering if you could do something on applying cream blush (if you haven’t already done it). I use MAC’s blushcreme in posey since it reflects how my cheeks look after working out but it seems like I’m using too much. Usually I swipe my middle finger across the top and rub that finger and my opposite middle finger together to warm up the product but I’m still overdoing it! Help!

  5. heey luv ur blog <3
If u have wide-set eyes and ur makeup is darker in the innercorners, does that make ur eyes appear even smaller because lighter makeup on the inside is supposed to open up ur eyes???

  6. First of all I love your blog. It has been so helpful and its such an interesting read. Keep up the good work. But I was wondering if you could write a list of the songs you’ve been playing on your blog. I love the variety of your music, but I have a hard time remembering the names of the different artists and their songs. I would really appreciate if it was possible. Thanks again.

  7. I have been searching tirelessly on how to do asian eyes. Thank you so much for making this! It`s 3 AM and I`ve been reading everything that you wrote.

As I read certain topics, light bulbs keep going off in my head. Such as being a dummy and not doing my eyebrows correctly. I always just use a powder and never think to pencil them in, no wonder they still look patchy and aren`t seen as easily.

I finally went to the MAC side of life and bought 15 eye shadows >.< With your guides, I can now remember some things the lady was telling me and what colors to put together. Keep this going and put those step-by-step pictures up! Hell, get a friend to take them with a digital camera =]

One last thing, I have been a fan of these two women as well, on how they do their make-up:http://www.myspace.com/justene and http://www.myspace.com/jonizzo
