DHC Reviews

Q10 Eye Cream (US$24)
Q10 is great for fighting fine lines and firming skin. This eye cream is a little thicker and less blendable compared to my last one (Benefit’s Eyecon). I have been using this for 5 days and it’s a little too soon to notice any changes in undereye circles or puffiness but my eye area does feel a lot smoother and a little firmer. Good pick for those with dry undereye area.

Revitalizing Moisture Strips: Eyes ($6.50)
I have always loved these Japanese undereye strips so when I saw these on the DHC website, I had to get them. Made of soft high-polymer gel and infused with botanical brighteners and moisturizers, these strips claim to diminish the appearance of dark circles and bags. My eyes definitely feel more refreshed and hydrated after using them. I tried leaving these on overnight as recommended by DHC and it left behind this red mark around my eyes that took a while to fade. I personally would suggest leaving it on for 20-30 minutes max for best results.

Water Base Moisture ($15)
This is supposed to be a lightweight moisturizer that contains glycerin, royal jelly, elastin and ginseng. To me it feels and looks just like toner – it is super watery and does not smell like alcohol. I do not feel any tightening or astringent effect. I use it before the Easy Care Milky Lotion and it keeps my skin moist and supple.

Easy Care Milky Lotion for Dry Skin ($18)
This is a toner and moisturizer all in one. It contains polyglutamic acid, aloe and primrose and claims to refine the complexion, help to tighten pores and control excess surface oil. I use this AM and PM and I only need two pumps for my entire face. It feels a little tacky when I first applied it onto my face but it sinks right in. I do not notice any tightening effect but my skin feels and stays soft and supple.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I will keep using these products. I will update if anything changes.
